Transition Manager

Job description
We are looking for passionate people about SSC - Shared Services Center, that sum up 5 years’ experience in accounting/finance/project management and have at least one successful experience as Shared Services transition manager in Finance/Accounting.
As a transition manager, you will be leading the whole Finance/Accounting transition project on behalf of our customers and will be a key success factor to a smooth start of the operations at the Shared Services Center.

Role description
- Build the business case
- Calculate the FTE sizing
- Build the transition project roadmap
- Understand the AS-IS and design the TO-BE
- Drive the project planning
- Manage communication towards various stakeholders
- Build the performance indicators
