RESPONSABILITATI

The Technical Consultant will

- Be responsible for installing, configuring and fine-tuning our solution at the client site
- Work together with functional consultants, on-site and remotely, to customize our solution in line with client’s requirements
- Design and implement the automation workflow required by each client
- Participate in all stages of implementation projects: functional acceptance tests, integration acceptance tests, user acceptance tests
- Handle error resolution on the technical side
- Draft various project documents together with the project team
- Answer technical questions, solve technical issues, and provide appropriate solutions
- Interface with the technical and functional implementation teams which include Application Developers, System Integrators, Database Administrators, System Administrators, Analysts’ and Consultants
- Assume responsibility for the quality of the technical part of the implementation
- Provide knowledge transfer to clients during workshops, webinars or training sessions
- Develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality and utilize that expertise effectively to help customers and solve their issues.


CERINTE

- University Degree in a technical discipline
- Affinity for finance
- Basic understanding of financial concepts, products and indicators would be a plus
- Proven working knowledge of Java Application Servers such as: Glassfish, Oracle Websphere, Wildfly, etc.
- Proven working knowledge of Java
- Proven working knowledge of Oracle and MS SQL databases
- Experience in designing automation scripts in java command would be an asset
- Ability to deal directly with clients
- Very good communication skills
- Commitment and flexibility to deliver on project deadlines
- Ability and willingness to travel when required
- Business fluency in English is mandatory; fluency in French would be a plus.
