• Ensures functional coordination for processes in SMT, AOI, NC-data-generation
• Product and process relocation, coordination of new launches (technical processes), customer audits, lead plant collaboration
• Ensure the achievement of KPI-targets, develop the team and collaboration within AE-division; ensure technical availability of machines + maintenance, support relocation and new launches coaching of process engineers SMT (lead, professional and personal development of engineers)
• Ensure achievement of quality, cost- and delivery targets
• Preparation and conduct GPD's
• Promote collaboration with lead plants and active attendance in CN-organization
• Preparation of customer-, process-, system audits
• Controlling and development technical availability of machines
• Establish standard procedures for process analysis and IFC-reduction
• Reduction of cycle-times
• Planning EWAK series: set up new products on existing production lines; optimize planning process and ensure a high quality in preparation and realization of EWAK-series
• Track project planning by leadplants and readjust if necessary
Required technical skills
• Mechanical/electrical (university degree)
• Manufacturing of series production in automotive industry; detailed knowledge in technical processes for SMT (paste print, placement, Reflow, automatic optical inspection, NC-data-generation)
• Preparation of machine specifications, machine acceptances
• Leading experience
• Experience in automation is an advantage
• FMEA, control plan,
• Statistical methods, machine and process capability
• Foreign languages: English advanced, German advanced
