For its Shared Service Center (SSC) finance team located in Cluj-Napoca, Endava Romania SRL which is part of Endava Group based in the UK is looking to recruit a dynamic, dedicated, career oriented individual for the position of Accounts Payable accountant.

Job description

Assist the Group Tax Manager with project management and research on all large tax projects and business development opportunities including new geographies, commercial trans-actions and M&A.
Providing tax support on client and vendor contract negotia-tions.
Help review and manage the international transfer pricing posi-tion.
Work with Group Tax Manager to identify, develop and ensure tax reliefs and other value add opportunities are taken account of (UK Research and Development relief, The Romanian IT Ex-emption etc).


CERINTE

Mandatory Skills
Good knowledge of Romanian and international corpo-rate tax legislation (with a particular focus on the UK)
Good knowledge of key overseas tax issues affecting large multinational businesses
Statutory financial reporting experience
Excellent working knowledge of excel and word

Desirable Skills
Basic tax knowledge of other central European countries (including Moldova, Macedonia, Serbia and Bulgaria)
Basic VAT knowledge
Basic Employment Tax knowledge
Transfer pricing exposure
