ROL:
Realizarea sudurii componentelor utilizand diverse procedee, folosind utilajele si echipamentele specifice tehnologiei de sudare indicate in documentatia tehnologica.
RESPONSABILITATI:
• Identifica, verifica si utilizeaza SDV-urile (scule, dispozitive si verificatoare) si echipamentele, in vederea realizarii de imbinari sudate, in functie de procedeul de sudura si specificatiile tehnologiei de sudare indicate in documentatia tehnologica;
• Manipuleaza si transporta semifabricate, reperele realizate si buteliile de argon sau alte echipamente in conditii de siguranta, cu respectarea procedurilor specifice;
• Regleaza parametrii de functionare a echipamentului de sudura pentru realizarea cerintelor impuse prin documentatiei de executie;
• Indeparteaza stropii si curata cordonul de sudura folosind instrumentele din dotare;
• Raporteaza problemele aparute in timpul productiei catre supervizorul direct;
• Efectueaza si mentine curatenia la postul de lucru.
• Experienta de minimum 1-2 ani in sudura TIG WIG, MIG MAG;
• Experienta in urmarirea unor instructiuni de lucru (WPS), completarea rapoartelor simple;
• Atentie sporita la detalii (pentru verificari de calitate vizuale si completarea fisei tehnice a produsului);
• Experienta in utilizarea calculatorului (nivel incepator);
• Limba engleza constituie avantaj (nivel incepator).
