What will your job be about?
Develop client proposals clearly articulating the overall value proposition and benefits to be delivered.
Perform detailed assessments when required including process mapping, metric gathering and data analysis.
Support the overall build and refinement of the mortgage practice – developing schema was new industry verticals, refinement of schema and benchmarks, insights.
Support contract negotiation, creation of a masters service agreement, statement of work.
Strategic market assessments (Go-to Market Studies, Account Planning research, Mining Research).
Implementation of practices in different accounts across poles.
Regular monitoring, follow ups and proactive assessments to ensure existence of necessary controls in operations.
Assessment of maturity of a process and solutions for making them more effective.
Periodically refining the practices to keep them relevant and contemporary.
Identifying growth opportunities and process improvement areas in existing operations.
Partner with operating teams to provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for resolution of issues and pitching for new projects as and when required.
What are we looking for?
5 - 7 years of experience
1-2 years’ experience in project management
Advanced English language knowledge
Experience in working fast paced & tight timeline environment
OTC Expert Program graduation
Relevant exposure to ERP and legacy systems
Relevant business exposure to Practice activities
Travel availability 25%
