RESPONSABILITATI

Supervision of technical processes in the production of Electronic Control Units, such as:
Placing electronic components on Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) by Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Through-hole Technology (THT)
Soldering
Define technical processes and manufacturing equipment, support sourcing
Provide programming of machines and process parameters
Starting up new machines, equipment and workplaces. Preparation of technical approval and release.
Support start of production, ramp-up and running series
Optimize processes to increase quality and utilization, by using statistical methods as statistic process control (SPC)
Provide manufacturing instructions and documentations


CERINTE

Degree in technical study, such as mechatronics, mechanical engineering, precision engineering, electrical engineering, material engineering, physics or similar
Preferably experience in electronic manufacturing industry with one or more of the mentioned process areas, ideally within automotive area.
Knowledge of Lean Production
Knowledge of quality methods, such as 6-Sigma, FMEA etc. and of technical statistics
IT knowledge: MS-Office, SAP R/3, eventually programming of machine controls (PC or PLC)
Language skills
English: good
Beneficial are additional skills in German, Hungarian or French
Ability to work in a team and to communicate
Willingness for intercultural cooperation
Self-dependent, structured and analytic operation
