The Managed Services team operates Endava's and clients’ infrastructure across different countries. The role is required to ensure MSD is able to develop products in line with the changing marketplace, it is pivotal to ensuring our services match what our changing customer base require. The role encompasses responsibilities for researching opportunities and providing business justification for new strategic product offerings and owning the full product life cycle for the roll out of new services.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate across Managed Services practices and teams to design and implement new service capabilities that maintain competitive advantage and differentiation
Working with technical practice leads, service practice leads and service managers to support standard processes for creating commercial and service models that ensure consistent service offerings and join up existing capabilities with emerging requirements and trends
Maintain and develop the Managed Services standard Service Level and Service Description documentation
Oversee and drive forward the MSD Product Roadmap, identify potential new strategic service opportunities and markets
Research and demonstrate feasibility of entering new service markets demonstrating that the services are compatible with Endava and Managed Services current or strategic capabilities
Working with appropriate delivery teams, take ownership for the launch of new services
Working with sales and marketing, champion the promotion of new and existing service options and offerings
Ensure the services are designed to deliver against customer needs, and pro-actively monitor the growth of the business
Create a ‘Product Portal’ for the storage and delivery of all MSD marketing and sales collateral

Mandatory skills:

Excellent spoken and written English language
Good understanding of the concepts, standards, technology, tools, processes, procedures, hardware, software and services in use for delivering information services
Communication, negotiation, presentation and meeting skills, as preparation for playing a leading role in relationships with stakeholders at a senior management level in order to achieve and maintain customer satisfaction

Desirable skills:

Experience in Product Marketing
Good understanding of Managed Services
