Wiring Harnesses Manufacturer in Cluj is looking for Process Engineers to join its team.
Responsibilities:
• Under little supervision, provides technical leadership for one or more manufacturing areas.
• Position may include assignments involving manufacturing locations worldwide.
• Works with QA, Materials, and Design Engineering to disposition discrepant parts and assemblies, assign causes, and initiate corrective action. Identify system related causes and initiate action to correct.
• Implement LEAN, Six Sigma, 5S and Safety projects within the manufacturing environment.
• Makes Rejection Analysis;
• Makes Loss Analysis;
• Makes Production improvements
• Prepares Line Balancing & Time Study
• Compiles process instruction
• Makes Development of control systems in order to improve utilization of plant, labor & materials
• Development process standards for use in factory control
• Development of operational methods
• Coordinates the Kaizen activity - process improvement activity
• Prepares feasibility studies
• Ensures compliance with the Quality System
• Co-ordinates the issue of all process instructions, methods of manufacture, work instructions
• Process design
• Superior Studies in Technical field (Mechanics, Electro mechanics, TCM)
• Requires a mastery of manufacturing processes in the area of responsibility to include: Mechanical assembly, electronic functionality testing.
• Strong math, computer skills, problem solving and SPC.
• Proficiency in AUTOCAD / CATIA; advantage
• LEAN training and Six Sigma Green Belt
• Languages for this position:
- English ( Level C) - required
- German - an advantage
• Experience in the automotive industry/wiring harnesses minimum 4-5 years
• Availability for working in projects at national level and abroad
