We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter with vast experience with different recruitment processes, able to explore different recruitment sources, having the talent of finding the right position for every candidate. Responsibilities:
* Understanding recruiting demands and skill profiles within area of responsibility;
* Being responsible for large recruiting pipeline with tight deadlines;
* Finding new ways of advertising open positions to attract potential candidates;
* Screening application and selecting candidates according to specifications;
* Participating in recruiting events and sourcing activities;
* Updating and using diverse recruiting databases and tools;
* University Degree - preferably Social Sciences or Economic field;
* 1-3 years of recruitment experience (in the IT field is a big advantage);
* Good understanding of recruiting processes and domain specific profiles;
* Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
* Fluency in English (German is considered an advantage);
* Analytical, problem solving, planning and organizing skills;
* Open-minded and trustful.
