What will your job be about?
The purpose of the position is:
•Offering information to customers via e-mails/phone;
•Maintaining relations with logistics partners and informing customers regarding availability and deliveries;
•Communicating with the warehouse and forwarders and efficiently manage the delivery process to ensure return of goods to the final recipient;
•Work Schedule - Sunday to Thursday (Friday and Saturday off);
•Working hours may vary upon business needs;

University Degree is important and an Economic degree will certainly bring you an advantage.
An advanced English level is mandatory to do the job right.
You will work as part of a large and friendly team so it’s important to be a team player.
