responsible to be the first contact person for Robert Bosch Hungary Miskolc (RBHM) customer complaints caused by Robert Bosch Cluj Plant (CljP) products.
responsible for operating the complaint process (e.g. 8D);
makes first technical analysis at customer Miskolc on site and brings the part for further investigation to CljP Laboratory
Quality work at customer plant RBHM
First contact person on site at RBHM for complaints with Products from CljP
Run complaint process for customer complaints according to internal procedures
Evaluate Quality figures, data, information, reports & statistics
First analysis of complaint parts
Exchanges data & info between RBHM and RBHM, regarding quality, production, data etc.
Contact person to customer RBHM and Sales Quality and Warranty division
Follows up Engineering Change Request and inform RBHM about status
Review customer requirements and following up the implementation
Contact person to CljP organization, by informing production and technical functions departments about TEF / MOE about quality incidents
Knowledge and expertise within quality area, as quality engineer. Automotive industry experience will represent an asset.
Experience and working knowledge of ISO TS 16949, ISO 19011 & PPAP.
Experience in problem solving, especially with 8D method and risk analysis.
IT knowledge: MS-Office, SAP R/3 (claim management)
Knowledge of analysing electrical failures in Laboratory
Language skills – Romania, Hungarian & English at fluent level, writen and spoken are mandatory.
