RESPONSABILITATI

Pharmaceutical Sales Representative Job Duties:

• Responsibility for presenting Company´s products (primary hematology - oncology and oncology products, secondary gynecological products)
• Coordinates sale of products in territory to achieve the sales target
• Maximizes revenue and market share of products in territory
• Organizes seminar and meeting in order to represent Company´s products and inform about trends
• Monitors own cost in order to achieve maximum efficiency
• Maintains relationship with existing clients and build a new potential clients
• Periodical reporting to his superior
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Persuades doctors to prescribe the medication to patients

Skills/Qualifications:

• We are looking to hire 2 persons, one for the area Cluj Napoca - Targu Mures and one for the area Timisoara
• A minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience required
• Knowledge of Tender Business
• Proven success track record
• Contacts to opinion leaders in hematology-oncology field, experiences in gynecological field - advantage
• High level of English required
• Highly persuasive selling skills
• PC knowledge – MS Excel, Word, Power Point,
• Professional, proactive demeanor
• Excellent verbal communication skills

About Heaton

The company was founded in 2000. With new owner in 2002 the company began to orientate to pharmacy and related service. In the first phase the company offered only educated sales force to third sides, in the second phase started with drugs promotion for business partners.

Over time the company created own portfolio of medicines with aim to be marketing authorization holder. This transition period was finished in the end of 2010 and medium-terms target were met.

In the effort of efficiency increasing was company reorganized in 2012. Parent company Heaton Group a.s. possessing 100% all subsidiary companies was created. In this time companies belonging to group Heaton possess marketing authorization of 20 molecules which are or will be on market on their territories, particularly in Czech Republic and Slovakia. Group Heaton continues in his expansive policy with orientation to new territories, primarily in South-East Europe.
