Responsibilities:
• Manage the regional sales organization both in the showrooms and in the field to meet and exceed monthly order targets
• Allocated area: Cluj, Timis, Oradea, Brasov
• Lead the regional team to deliver an excellent customer experience and meet sales targets
• Identify, develop and execute regional marketing activities, including events, to drive leads and orders
• Collaborate with Delivery, Service, Communications, Operations and other functions to support company goals
• Assist in managing the regional Store expansion
• Contribute to the overall sales strategy for the region and the company
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by line management
• Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching in assigned districts
• Communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
• Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.
• Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.


CERINTE

• University Degree
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar position;
• Highly organized, task focused, and adept at juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment;
• Demonstrated success leading a large team
• Success in building teams including hiring and developing shop managers and line sales people, motivating teams, and setting goals
• Independent thinker with interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Confident, ambitious and approachable;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
• Fluent in English;
• Experience in retail industry or e-commerce sites would be an advantage.
