RESPONSABILITATI

- Reviews, analyzes, modifies, and implements efficient and effective lean processes, policies, and procedures ;team members training and guiding in the Kaizen spirit for continuous improvement process, in order to achieve TEF8 KPIs, menthorship and driver for Problem Solving actions whithin the team
- Working closely in moderating/coordinating team members for (complex) problem solving . Facilitate and document problem solving events. Create, administrate and continuously improve problem solving tools with practical examples (i.e. lean games…)
- Develop good practical knowledge in Bosch Quality Management Methods and Tools, Problem solution sheet (PSS) , Six Sigma , Shainin, KT Analysis (Kepner-Tregoe), Process Chain Analysis (PCA)
- Responsible for beeing an active member of the "Problem Solving" and "Lean"communities to exchange ideas or ask for support for different topics and keep contact with Bosch CP/TSC10 - CP/TQ problem solving and quality planning organisation .
- Facilitate and document calculate lead time, value add/non-value add time, takt time , capacity calculation, cycle time diagrams and support in value stream maps
- Application of advanced and proven experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies Six Sigma DMAIC ( Define- Measure-Analyse-Improve-Control) 8Ds ( typically for customer/supplier related topics)
- Manages the activities of Lean Manufacturing, conducts meetings on Lean Thinking, carries schooling on topics of Lean and oversees the progress of the activities, leading the optimization and implementation of standards, initiates and supervises measures to improve Lean activities, introduces new concepts for process improvement develops a system of visual management process
-Train and apply various problem solving tools (i.e.PSS, SPC/SQC, DOE, 5-Why-Iskikawa, PDCA,PQA, Pareto, histogram, scatter plot, correlation, linear regression, orthogonal polynomials, binormal probability, through research, observation, measurement, observation of internal procedures, proposals / suggestions;checklist, brainstorming, individual methods of creativity , etc.)


CERINTE

- Mechanical/electromechanical field Engineering (university degree)
- Very good analytic and synthetic skills (pay attention to details, but sumarize the “big picture”)
- Very good problem solving skills ,strong organizational, and continuous improvement skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
- Hands-on, dynamic personality, creative with initiative and prevention/prediction mindset and Kaizen spirit
- Confident usage of MS Office tools, mainly Microsoft Excel, optimization, statistical analysis tools and SAP
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred(not mandatory), attainment is required within 12 months of hire
- Preffered(not mandatory) at least 1 year of process or problem solving management experience. Lean Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, Continuous Flow, Pull Replinsihment and other process improvement experience
