PSIHOSELECT in collaboration with an Italian Company Performs the Recruitment Process for the following position COSTUMER CARE – relation with costumers
The company is an multinational industry leader dedicated to shoes manufacturing. The company help designers from all over the world create and sell shoes. Our success is our designers success.
Location – Cluj
Responsibilities:
• Maintain high levels of customer service through dealing with email queries;
• Follow up on customers to ensure all complaints are investigated and rectified;
• Assist customers in choosing the right shoe size, changing delivery address if it is necessary;
• Inform customers about the status of the shoes in production;
• Facilitate returns of shoes with issues / shoes that don't fit and assist customers in changing the order;
• Process refunds / provide coupons for returned shoes;
• Assist / inform customers about shipping taxes and duty taxes;
• Answer queries that come through social media channels;
• Track data for KPI's.
Requirements:
• Minimum University Studies;
• Other relevant experience in a similar position;
• English – advanced;
• Italian language - an advantage;
• Problem solving skills;
• Highly customer oriented behavior and way of working;
• Patience, empathy, diligences, preciseness.
