RESPONSABILITATI

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues for the internal platforms;
- Analyze and manage production process issues (uploading documents, delivering documents etc);
- Respond to requests via emails and occasionally - ticket system requests;


CERINTE

Required experience, education and skills:
-Good knowledge of HTML, XML;
-Relevant experience in a technical support position;
-Good English skills;
-Bachelor’s degree – advantage;


The role would fit even better for you if you have:
-Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or similar
-IT Qualification, like HTML/XML courses
-French knowledge skills
