RESPONSABILITATI

• Delivery of trainings on Microsoft Office programs (mainly Excel & Access)
• Preparation of training concept, content and materials
• Technical support to internal departments on Microsoft Office related topics: creation of databases; creation of automated tools in Excel / Access; creation of reports in Excel
• Reporting on training topics
• Creation and periodical update of training databases
• Provide support in any project within CljP, through consultation, advice and structure of databases, construction of databases
• Adapt, improve and adopt automated solutions for data collection & data reporting


CERINTE

• University graduate in technological field
• Mastery of one or several Microsoft Office Programs: Access & Excel
• Knowledge of MySQL databases, knowledge of relational databases & algorithmics
• Knowledge of Visual Basic
• Excellent presentation skills & good communication;
• Good practice and understanding of teaching methodology
• Customer orientation
• Fluent English
• Efficient work style and good teamwork skills
• Ability to handle tasks flexibly
• Willingness to accept responsibility
• Ability to work within a cross-functional team and to operate independently
