Main responsibilities:

Help group IT support teams in maintaining Endava Romania IT infrastructure;
Provide onsite and remote desktop support for employees and customers using Endava IT assets and systems;
IT hardware and software asset management;
Update internal documentation and procedures;
Offer technical expertise for non-technical staff;
Respond to high priority issues in a timely fashion to assure business continuity;
Overnight on-call for high priority issues;

Technical skills:
Microsoft technologies – aware
Experience in Windows 7 installation, operation and troubleshooting
Application/Service operation and maintenance (File server, print server, DHCP, FTP server);
Basic scripting skills (desirable);

Hardware skills – proficient
Part replacement and HW/FW upgrades for workstations, servers and network devices;
Cable management best practices (desirable);
Experience in working in a datacentre (desirable);

Soft skills:
English communication skills - proficient;
Experience on a similar position (desirable);
Customer oriented
