RESPONSABILITATI

Assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources functions and duties.
Carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: tax exemption eligibility conditions, personnel tax exemption files and reporting.

• Ensures all IT Tax exemption legal requirements and met. (Law 517/2015)
• Responsible of checking existing staff tax exemption files and ensure they are completed
• Track documents for freshly graduated staff and chase them to bring their degree and supplement for the tax exemption file on time (within a period of 12 months)
• Works closely with the HR Manager and participate into policies and procedures settings for IT Tax exemption
• Works closely with People Development & Recruitment and HR teams and ensures the Job offers and tax exemption eligibility criteria are always met
• Carries out regular internal audits on tax exemption and reports any outstanding situations
• Represents the company in case of a Finance or Labour Inspection audit on tax exemption
• Monthly data reporting on tax exemption & Grant
• Draft and update HR standard procedures (SOP’s) on tax exemption
• Stays up to date with the legal changes and always inform the management team
• Answer to all routine tax exemption matters
• Participates in specific work projects as determined by the line manager and performs other related duties as assigned.


CERINTE

Mandatory skills
• The ideal candidate must be educated to at least University level (Finance and or Law).
• Excellent IT skills with knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
• Previous experience in HR, Payroll or Finance
• Aware of employment Fiscal legislation, Labour Code and related issues.
• Fluency in English
• Must be tactful, diplomatic and possess the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of an organization.


Desirable skills
• Training in labour legislation and computers filing and maintaining filing systems, organising, and human resources practices.
