RESPONSABILITATI

This job will get you busy with coordinating and being an interface between the German customer (market leading automotive company) and the offshore support team. Good communication skills in English and German are a must. A good understanding of technologies and a very good technical understanding (above 2nd level support knowledge) are more than welcome.


CERINTE

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience in technical support for Industry Applications;
• 2 years of experience with Java applications;
• English and German language knowledge;
• Good communication skills and proactive participation in providing innovative ideas and solutions;
• University degree in the IT field (or comparable) is considered an advantage.;
• Flexibility and precision; open for new challenges;
• Availability for a short/long term working opportunity at the customers’ locations (in EU Countries).

Professional Skill Requirements
• Good technical understanding in general;
• Experience with Java applications in an Enterprise environment;
• Experience with SQL and Oracle is considered an advantage;
• Experience in requirement analysis, Function and Technical Design is an advantage;
• Project management skills are more than welcome (estimation, planning, scheduling, co-ordination).
