What will your job be about?

The primary objective of the Level 2 Desk side is to resolve user incidents (problems) as quickly as possible returning the user to full service. This Service includes but is not limited to providing support for users' requests and incidents around hardware, software, network, and server issues. You will learn how to work in a virtual environment, interacting with colleagues and clients all over the globe.
How can you make a difference? Understand your customer’s needs and exceed its expectations with a friendly and can-do attitude.

What are we looking for?

An advanced English level is mandatory to do the job right.
Familiar with Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Outlook in particular.
Computer assembly and dismember knowledge.
Ability and willingness to learn complex IT infrastructure domains,
Familiar with troubleshooting and installing Windows based operating systems (XP/Vista/7,8, Server)
Previous work in a large Windows based environment for Helpdesk is an advantage
Familiar with basic network setup (small LAN & VLANs)
Software troubleshooting and root cause analysis
