We are looking for:
An IT Recruiter that will be responsible for all recruiting programs and activities related to the attraction, selection, hiring and induction of the new personnel at Gama Software.
Responsibilities:
Perform the market research, recruitment and selection of the employees
Develop and lead recruitment projects
Provide recruitment and periodic evaluation metrics
Counsel and support management
Bachelor's Degree, preferably at Faculty of Psychology
At least 4 years of experience in IT recruitment and selection, ideally within a fast growing software company or an IT recruitment company
Fluency in English
