What are we looking for?

A good level of English to do the job right.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite - Microsoft Outlook in particular, with troubleshooting and installing Windows based operating systems (XP/Vista/7, 8, Server).
Ability and willingness to learn complex IT infrastructure domains.
Previous experience in a large Windows based environment for Helpdesk is an advantage.
You will work as part of a large and friendly team so it’s important to be a team player.
We like customer management skills as well as a keen eye for details and problem solving attitude.
And we will value your willingness to learn!

What will your job be about?

Taking calls in English
Providing support for users’ requests and incidents around hardware, software, network and service issues
Equipment install, setup and development
Provision of equipment both in the office and abroad
Administrative work for helpdesk needs
