Psihoselect performs the Recruitment Process for the following position: Innovative Sales Expert, Location: Cluj-Napoca
Plans and organizes the training activities according to the company’s monthly objectives;
Identifies the needs for development of our potential partners;
Provides training activities and workshops to our external partners;
Delivers trainings according to the materials received from Psihoselect team;
Organizes the training sessions for professional development;
Elaborates the materials that are going to be used during the training programs;
Updates permanently and revises the training materials;
Evaluates the participants’ training results and writes reports regarding the program/training activity;
Presents and promotes the services that are offered by the company through workshops and meetings with the external clients.
At least one year experience in providing training sessions and courses for professional development;
University Degree (psychology or human resources field – represents advantage);
English – advanced level;
Presentation, negociation and interpersonal communication skills;
PC Operation Knowledge;
Positive, optimistic attitude;
ANC Trainer Certificate – represents advantage;
Willingness to learn and apply sales techniques;
Fast learner.
