Main responsabilities:
• Read and analyze drawings package from Design department.
• Establish the optimal technologies/production routes for custom mechanical parts.
• Prepare Bill of Materials and routings in ERP system
• Organize and keep a clear timetable for incoming goods
• Assist on quality inspection of incoming/outgoing parts
• Provide complete picking lists to Warehouse personnel for the machine assembly according to production planning.
• Keep close contact with external suppliers and internal material processing department
• Provide feedback to Design/engineering department about technical modifications/improvements achieved during assembly phase
• Ensure needed documents and reports for Financial department for Cost Analysis and Invoicing
• Bachelor / Master Degree of Mechanical/automotive etc.
• Ability to read/understand Technical drawings - mandatory
• Very well organized person
• good communication skills
• willing to be involved in material handling when required
• willing to work on flexible schedule
• Able to follow up simultaneous processes
• Multi-tasking and fast problem solver
