Your tasks:
-Awareness about actual status of all relevant persons, audits, measure plans, accident rates on site and business unit level
-Tracking of internal/external audit and revision findings, measure plans and checks about implementation of these measures
-Information about laws, external/internal regulations, guidelines, policy deployment and checks, whether this requirements are followed up
-Checking analysis regarding work accidents in business unit sites, creating summary analysis, lessons learned, good practice
-Backing up problem solving at business unit sites
-Contact person for all sites regarding all kind of problems and concerning support; ability to support communication and cooperation
Your competencies and qualifications:
-University studies attested by a diploma in technical field
-Knowledge of legislation, administrative, public safety and security
-Minimum 1 years working experience in related fields
-Good leadership skills
-Very good communication skills
-Good organizational skills
-Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations
-Advanced English and German is mandatory
-Good computer skills (word, excel, power-point, outlook, etc.)
