What will your job be about?

Produce recruiting reports, utilizing advanced Microsoft Excel features and techniques, along with other sources. Utilize a variety of information systems and data files, including large and complex files regarding recruiting process;
Analyzing file structures; using and creating file layouts; transforming raw data into finished products.
Create reports following data privacy and security requirements at all time to ensure the protection of participants’ personal data.
Assist with reporting-related development projects, including developing new reports, enhancing existing reports, and getting appropriate data files needed for special projects.
Work with Development to build reports for new developed programs, as well as improve outcomes collection in already launched programs.
Provide project updates to management. Make ongoing recommendations for additional data elements to track and report on and devise methods to improve reporting.

Assist in meetings in regards to data collection, data security, reporting, and outcomes as well as internal staff training and the on-boarding of new staff.
Maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines and answer team questions related to those processes.
Complete other reporting projects as assigned.

What are we looking for?

Advanced MS Office skills (specially Excel and Access)
Strong technical skills including the ability to merge data from various sources, write formulas to summarize data, translate data into a user-friendly report, run statistical reports on the data to determine significance and relationships within the data, and data mine for necessary drill-down metrics.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, information management, or related field.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent analytical skills including the ability to examine data for meaningful relationships.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintain organization.
The ability to make decisions based upon knowledge and previous experience.
