What will your role be?
We are looking for an experienced Head of Talent Management and Recruitment for the Managed Services Delivery. The Managed Services Delivery has the capability to provide support for the whole application life cycle, including opperations, hosting and 24/7 Service Desk.
Our Application Management and Cloud Services focus on delivering technical support for critical high availability applications and digital services for global businesses.
Endava, has achieved a runner-up position in the Best Managed Service Desk category of the 2013 IT Service Excellence Awards — organised by the Service Desk Institute.
Applicants must have significant demonstrable experience in building a company culture, managing a recruitment and talent management team and successfully collaborating with other departments/disciplines.

As Talent Management &Recruitment Manager you will:

• Positively influence the quality of the organisation’s culture by supporting local leaders to improve the leadership and development behaviours
• Work with the Group Head of People and Organisation Effectiveness and Delivery Unit Manager by contributing to, developing and implementing the Group People and Organisation Effectiveness Strategy
• Develop and implement activities related to: talent acquisition and recruitment, learning and development, succession planning, employee engagement, performance and culture
• Direct, coordinate and supervise the work of talent management and recruitment staff
• Identify and drive the communication and sharing of Endava best practices across functions, teams
• Drive local employee branding initiatives on the market (university events, career fairs, conferences)
• Work closely with the other Heads of TM&R to co-ordinate activity, share ideas and build knowledge

• Must have relevant experience in IT recruitment and personnel development
• Must have experience in leading, developing and motivating talent management and recruitment teams
• Must have excellent knowledge of creating and applying talent management and recruitment strategies to serve the company business model
• Must have be goal oriented and drive customer focus at the team level
• Must have an advanced level of English both in writing and in speaking
• Must be easily adaptable to changes and focused on building the company culture locally
• Must be able to interact and work effectively with other departments, delivery units across Endava.
