As market leader, the Bosch Sales and Marketing System of Business sector Automotive Technology (UBK) is part of the Bosch Business System. UBK Division opens our new and innovative Bosch team in Cluj, as Shared Service Center providing services on commercial sales planning & forecasting on global level.
Your tasks & responsibilities:
For Asset Accounting
Registrates, checks and monitors all transactions regarding fixed assets, low value assets, assets under constructions and WBS
Collect and Archive documentation of retirements, movements, acquisitions
Maintain Accurate Fixed Asset Registry. Reconciliation between Asset History Sheet and Trial Balance Accounts. Check depreciation (IFRS, LGAP), capital costs
For BANF (purchase order) requisition
Data collection of Purchase order request
Background: Data will be received from Standard Mail form sent by the responsible department
Plausibility check of the data ( e.g. is the requested object ( e.g. machine) reflected in the attached forms
Retrieval of the correct
G/L accounts ( therefore the need to understand the BST organization at least roughly)
PSP ( Project structure element) / Network plan in case of development projects or activation (assets accounting) if necessary
Knowledge of the basic german law requirements concerning activation
Coordination with requester in case of unclear communication, lacking information, plausibility problems etc.
For BANF (purchase order) controlling
Check of correct:
G/L account
Fixed asset plan/element
Net plan
Whether decision for activation are correct/forms by department are filled out correctly/if all needed checklist and documents are available (e.g. quotation, checklist for immaterial assets)
Cost Center
Offer sum is reflected correctly in the BANF
Clarification with BANF requestor and/or bookkeeping in case of activation
Degree: mandatory in Business, Economics or Informatics. Studies in Economical Informatics would represent an asset;
At least 3 years experience in Controlling;
Excellent IT skills – know-how in MS Office (expert in Excel), SAP: FI, CO
Language skills: fluent in English & German – mandatory;
