• You make the link between the key users in the business and the IT functional and development team/partners. In order to be successful, you have good knowledge and understanding of the company processes within multiple functional domains.
• You analyze the requests and needs of the end users and key users, you design and document the processes and ensure that the SAP solution fits with the company processes. You also guarantee that the organization supports these processes.
• You take responsibility for the roll-out, documentation, problem-solving, testing and validation of all new business processes. Once rolled-out the process ownership is transferred to the key users, who you will train adequately.
• You support the key users by answering their first line questions; you take ownership for the communication and follow-up of second line questions which you redirect to the IT department or to our external partners.
• You take the coordination of any changes or enhancements which you document carefully to guarantee the necessary communication and understanding of all parties involved.
• You collaborate with partners and colleagues of the IT Competence Centre.
• You have excellent change management skills. You take initiative, can involve people in an enthusiastic way and keep a focus on realizing your objectives.
• You are action oriented, punctual and hands-on.
• You have great communication and teaching skills and are able to build a network, both internally and externally.
• A pragmatic and helpful attitude is important. Working towards the success of a project on the production floor, together with key-users and users, is a motivational driver for you.
• You have a broad interest in the different modules of an ERP system.
• You speak and write English fluently.
• An IT background is not a necessity but experience as SAP key user is definitely a plus.
