- preluarea, prioritizarea si distrbuirea incidentelor catre tehnicieni
- verificarea si inregistrarea incidentelor si rezolvarii acestora
- verificarea rapoartelor de mentenanta si incidente precum si inregistrarea datelor intocmite de catre tehnicienii din teren
- experieta de minim 1 an in domeniu
- aptitudini de comunicare si relationare,
- cunostinte limbi straine (engleza - nivel mediu),
- cunostinte PC: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel),
- permis de conducere categoria B
