Responsibilities:
•Create report/audit procedures to verify versions across all machines in an environment
•Build and deploy system improvement ideas
Mandatory skills:
•Experience within an IT Service Delivery function, focused on Change, Configuration and Problem management, preferably utilising ITIL best practice
•Software versioning tools: Subversion, GIT/Stash.
•Continuous integration tools: Hudson / Jenkins, Bamboo
•Build automation tools: Maven, Ant
•Configuration management tools: Chef
•Scripting knowledge: batch scripting/ shell scripting / python
•Multi Operating System knowledge: Windows, Linux, OS service
•Basic networking knowledge
•Web servers: Apache Tomcat, Apache HTTP
•Java VM
Desirable skills:
•XML, HTML & CSS
•Knowledge of web development and debugging tools
•Awareness/Knowledge of automation tools and processes
•Web services tools: SoapUI, LoadUI
•Defect tracking and ticketing tools: HP Quality Centre, Jira, Remedy, Service Now
•Amazon Web Services
