Data Analyst
This role presents a great opportunity to work for a growing, global IT Service provider. The role holder will be responsible with developing methodologies for using data analytics tools; manage reporting, visualizations, dashboards and statistical graphs to illustrate findings.

Responsibilities:
• Supports analyst functions including data collection, interviewing, data modelling, project testing, and creation of performance measurements to support project objectives
• Conducts activities in support of project team’s objectives.
• Works closely with Data Analytics team, Quality and Productivity Initiative and Customer Care Manager

Mandatory skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Expertise in manipulating, analysing and interpreting large datasets is essential
• Experience in using statistical techniques in discovering data patterns.
• Experience in building reports and dashboards.
• Medium to advanced use of the Microsoft Suite
• Organised, analytical and methodical, structured approach to work, highly literate, attention to details.
• Effective project, process, organizational and time management skills
Desirable skills:
• Masters’ Degree in statistics or similar field.
• Proficient in English and able to competently and confidently conduct oral and written business communications.
• Business Oriented
