You will support the growth of the country in continuously improving the performance of its procurement.
In alignment with the group, you will define and implement efficient procurement strategy for raw materials, packaging and non-production and you will convince all stakeholders (R&D, supply chain, quality, operations) to work together in a concerted procurement approach.
You will develop tools and procurement processes that fit in a rapidly growing organization and you will transform the procurement function into a true business partner of internal stakeholders
You will participate in the country management team and you will be responsible for the procurement country budget full scope ie direct + indirect spent estimated at M€ 40
You will implement the group contracts negotiated by category managers in your perimeter, provide data to the category managers and you will conduct the local negotiations.
You will be actively involved in group projects.
Business School /Master degree in procurement.
You justify a minimum of 5 years’ experience in strategic procurement.
Experience in supply chain is a plus.
Basics financial metrics practice.
Educational background linked to food/ agri market is required.
Fluent English is a must, other languages is a plus
Negotiation / Strategic sourcing / INCOTERM, Tariff code
