• Build up a training system for Electronics production by taking over from other Bosch plants, e.g. China
• Coordinate and lead the team of technical trainers
• Run the training system.
• University degree
• Experience in training area (industrial area is advantage)
• Good communication and organization skills
• Leadership experience
• Ability to work in a team environment is a must
• Willingness to spend one or two months in China
• Fluent English is mandatory
