For one of our clients, global leader in providing rail solutions, with a SSC based in Cluj-Napoca, we are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Advisor.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Being involved in developing processes, systems and ensuring effective support for the compensation and benefits framework;
Being responsible for Bench marking research and review in order to support changes to the Compensation & Benefits standards in assigned countries;
Implementing Compensation & Benefits changes, processing complex transactions and reporting;
Ensuring changes to Compensation & Benefits in assigned countries are reflected in the work instructions, documentation and processes applied within the Shared Service Operations;
Handling complex query such as tax deductions, external supplier queries and understanding country regulations regarding Compensation & Benefits;
Managing escalations to HR BPs, managers and third parties and ensuring effective communication regarding Compensation & Benefits Processes;
Participating in projects to develop processes, systems and standards to continuously improve service delivery.
Previous working experience in HR field for 2-3 years of which at least 1 year experience in Compensation and Benefits;
Education required: Bachelor’s Degree - HR qualifications is considered an advantage;
Good general business understanding and good customer service or HR knowledge;
Experience of large scale HR systems, ERP or complex database maintenance; Excellent time management and organizational ability;
Self-Driven, Flexible and having the ability to work under tight deadlines;
Language ability: English skills - Good oral and written knowledge is mandatory;
Swedish skills is considered an advantage.
