Performs the Recruitment Process for the following positionCommunity Support - Relation with community of designers
The company is an multinational industry leader dedicated to shoes manufacturing. The company help designers from all over the world create and sell shoes. Our success is our designers success.
Location – Cluj
Responsibilities:
• Convert interested people to become designers affiliated to the company;
• Assist designers in getting started collaborating with the company;
• Assist designers with shipping, payments, refunds, terms and conditions information;
• Inform designers about the status of the shoes in production;
• Inform designers about returned shoes;
• Assist designers with revenue share payments details (collect bank details & schedule payments);
• Assist designers on Skype;
• Forward job applications to Top Management;
• Answer queries that come through social media channels;
• Track data for KPI's.

Requirements:
• Minimum University Studies;
• Other relevant experience in a similar position;
• English – advanced;
• Copywriting skills - advantage
• 1to1 sales - advantage
• Good PC skills;
• Good communication skills
