RESPONSABILITATI

• plans and develops the branch's selling activities in accordance with the national and corporate objectives and strategy
• responsible for the sustainable development of customer base
• develops a sales network through the acquisition of new and strengthened relationships with customers
• focuses the team on building productive client relationships to enhance the success and profitability of the branch
• knows the job market, its needs and potential
• responsible for reaching the commercial objectives of the branch
• respects the company's trade policies
• guarantees the quality of the administrative and financial management of the branch, in accordance with existing company standards and reporting system
• manages the branch as a cost center, seeking to improve its productivity and profitability
• responsible for branch P&L (profit and lost report)
• checks the solvency potential customers
• controls the flow of receivables and participates in the settlement of contentious issues
• enforces compliance with all internal procedures
• prepares required reports
• represents the company at conferences, meetings, exhibits and other special events; promotes new and existing programs and initiatives
• organizes branch activities
• assists in the recruitment of the office team
• manages the branch team according to the company policies and procedures
• evaluates employees of the branch within their competence and professional conduct, on both individual and team roles
• participates in employee skills development, identifying the potential of each of the employee
• rewards success and sanctions any negligence


CERINTE

• university graduate
• at least 2 years of experience in sales in B2B sector – excellent sales, negotiation and customer relationship skills
• business orientation
• a demonstrable record of achievement both personally and through the team
• experienced in running a business and a proven track of business growth
• experience in people team management
• experience in HR/consulting is a plus
• flexibility, independence, ability to work under stress
• MS Office, including very good knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point
• driving license B and availability for business travel
