Candidatul /a la postul de BIOLOG / CHIMIST / BIOCHIMIST va fi o persoana instruita, cu capacitatea de a se adapta unui mediu de lucru modern si dinamic, orientata catre calitate si munca in echipa; va putea respecta procedurile de lucru existente la nivelul departamentului si, ca angajat in cadrul laboratorului Synevo va fi responsabil cu procesarea probelor biologice, validarea tehnica a rezultatelor si indeplinirea tuturor cerintelor sistemului calitatii.
Va fi absolvent/a de studii superioare de specialitate ( Facultatea de Biologie, Chimie, Biochimie ) avand Autorizatie de libera practica valabila.
Va respecta codul de deontologie profesionala si normele care reglementeza profesia de BIOLOG/ CHIMIST / BIOCHIMIST;
Va fi bun utilizator al computerului si va avea minime cunostinte de limba engleza.
O cultura organizationala bazata pe tranparenta, deschidere, incredere reciproca si un loc de munca la care sa vii cu placere.
