The person assists the general manager in business meetings;
- Follows the agenda of the general manager;
- Assures the communication between the general manager and the departments within the company;
- Has project management responsibilities;
- Translates documentation and contracts (using German, English and Romanian;
- Purchasing responsibilities;
- Communicates with the headquarter located in Germany;
- Acts as a consultant for the General Manager;
- Comes with ideas and solutions for better organization and improvement in daily activites and goingon projects.

Requirements:
- University studies in economic/technical field – it is an advantage;
- Experience in management assistance or project management;
- Fluent in German and English;
- Advanced PC skills (Word,Excell -including formulas and functions, PP);
- Driving license;
- Assertive and proactive person;
- Able to plan and organize projects (project managemnet);
- Multitasking;
- Mature and reliable person.
- Available for business travels.
