As an Accounting Specialist, your main role is to support the accounting department with invoice payments, processing invoices, general accounting and month-end closing processes.
Position type: 1 year contract
What will your responsibilities look like?
Follow procedures according to accounting principles and iQuest processes
Prepare bank reconciliations
Perform tax declarations
Process incoming invoices
Handle the Accounts Payable Process
Perform month-end closing activities
Assist team members whenever they need advice/ help in solving inquiries
Offer technical support to others team members
Ensure compliance with accounting deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in Economics
Thorough knowledge of accounting and financial legislation
Strong computer skills including Web navigation and Microsoft Office
Proficiency in English, written and spoken
Experience in using Oracle EBS accounting software is an advantage
