RESPONSABILITATI

For its Shared Service Center (SSC) finance team located in Cluj-Napoca, Endava Romania SRL which is part of Endava Group based in the UK is looking to recruit a dynamic, dedicated, career oriented individual for the position of Accountant.

Job Responsibilities:

•Responsible for daily bookkeeping of all journal entries such as Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger vouchers, credit and debit control, including required monthly reconciliations
•Responsible for bank statements and cash register booking
•Manages financially the business/travel expenses as per company policy: handles receipts, reimburses expenses and records all details in the financial system
•Responsible for Fixed Assets booking and FA ledger maintenance
•Performs any regular or ad-hoc reports required by direct manager


CERINTE

Mandatory skills:

•BA in Economics or similar
•Must be tactful, diplomatic and possess the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of an organization
•Extremely detail oriented
•Very well organized to keep track of work done
•English language at B2 or C1 level
•Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Desired skills:

•Previous experience in Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger activities
•Experience with Asis, as accounting system would be considered an asset
•Aware of RO fiscal legislation and related issues
