RESPONSABILITATI

We are looking for individuals with strong technical skills who are comfortable working in large environments and are familiar with the ITIL framework. The role focuses on the transition of services and responsibilities from 3rd tier technical teams to the 2nd line team which will enable the applicant to act as a subject matter expert and an informal point of technical escalation.

Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and requests
• Collaborate with 3rd tier teams to identify transferable skills and services
• Identify technical training requirements for the 2nd line team to enable the support of new services
• Coordinate knowledge transfer sessions to address incoming technical requirements
• Involvement in short term assignments and projects both internally and commercially


CERINTE

The successful candidate will have good written and spoken English skills and will be well acquainted with as many of the following:

• Microsoft Active directory incidents, requests and changes
• LAMP related incidents, requests and changes
• Complex Windows operating systems issues
• Virtual application delivery and troubleshooting on Citrix
• MS exchange incidents, requests and changes
• Troubleshooting access to bespoke, web-based applications
• Moderate difficulty incidents related to client networking, client-server and hosted web-based bespoke applications
• Advanced network connection diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Diagnostics using remote control of user desktops
• Trouble-ticketing and helpdesk system operations

In-depth knowledge or holding any of the below certifications is a plus:
• ITIL – Foundation
• MCSA – Windows Server
• MCSA – Windows
• Citrix Certified Administrator
• CISCO - CCNA
