Creative Email Support for Spotify Music downloads/Web player with French or German language
Main responsibilities:
 Delivering an experience to every customer, meeting Spotify’s service standards
 Work pro-actively to ensure potential issues are escalated appropriately.
 Work as part of the team to ensure the Sofia site is a positive and professional environment.
 Provide support in projects and initiatives as and when required


CERINTE

Requirements:

 French or German – C1 level minimum
 English – C1 level minimum
 Technical skills – basic
 Working hours – 8 am – 5 pm (Monday – Sunday, days off – Fri/Sat or Sun/Mon)
