Creative Email Support for Spotify Music downloads/Web player with French or German language
Main responsibilities:
Delivering an experience to every customer, meeting Spotify’s service standards
Work pro-actively to ensure potential issues are escalated appropriately.
Work as part of the team to ensure the Sofia site is a positive and professional environment.
Provide support in projects and initiatives as and when required
Requirements:
French or German – C1 level minimum
English – C1 level minimum
Technical skills – basic
Working hours – 8 am – 5 pm (Monday – Sunday, days off – Fri/Sat or Sun/Mon)
