Main Responsibilities
• Develop new features in our client application
• Maintain existing features and provide development support in our client application.
• Lead the team in all aspects of the software development lifecycle - requirements analysis and time estimates, design, development and deployment support
• Provide technical team leadership and mentoring the testers
• Work with different interfaces like developers and project managers at all stages to ensure high quality products
Knowledge
• 3 years prior experience as a team leader
• 5-7 years’ experience with Microsoft Visual C++
• 3-5 years’ experience with MFC
• 1 year experience with ATL
• 3 years’ experience in Object Oriented Analysis and Design
• 3 years’ experience with Microsoft COM technologies
• Experience with AS3/Flash and web technologies a plus (we will providing additional training)
