• Design usable and desirable user experiences
• Define and review user interface and usability requirements
• Ensure designs fit within the technical frameworks of various platforms (web and mobile)
• Writes UI/ UX and functional specifications – when necessary
• Perform a variety of tasks, which will require experience and good judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Work closely with other team members in an Agile development environment
• Understand the goals and strategy behind each project from conception through completion
• Work efficiently without close supervision
• Communicate effectively with technical leaders and other internal team members
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and make constructive suggestions for change
• Maintains a direct relationship with the client
• Adapt and solve exciting problems with new technologies

• Proven skills in user interface design software applications
• Creativity, interaction design and problem solving abilities
• Strong knowledge of a wide range of UI/ UX design tools
• Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Extensive experience with Usability Testing methods
• Experience with front-end development technologies including HTML, CSS
• Understanding of basic web based architectures
• Familiar with Agile development methodology
• Very good communication skills
• Advanced English skills are mandatory
• Result oriented, initiative, flexible, open and dedicated person
