DevAcademy's team consists of young professionals with a variety of backgrounds including excellent credentials in business, IT and economics among other, as well as deep professional and pragmatic insight of the startups environment .

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
As a junior financial consultant, with our team, you will:
- Help and learn how to prepare the documentation and the reporting forms for our private and governmental funds providers
- Link all relevant information coming from our organization and find innovative and coherent financing and reporting solutions
- Assist the seniors in managing the financial training of the startups in a proactive way and fulfill their research needs concerning the financial perspectives of the startups
- Assist the seniors in implementation the Controlling System by developing informal strategies of the procedures' absorption within the organization
TECHNICAL REQUIEREMENTS
- Fair understanding of the business cycle and the impact of financial decisions
- Ability to research and document financial opportunities for startups and NGOs
- Ability to understand the financial needs of different projects and departments and to match them with the appropriate market financing opportunities. Fluent level in English
- Degree educated with professional business management/financial management qualification finalized
- At least one year experience in: financial / Startups, Project Management, Sales, Budgets
- Volunteering experience
