Adecco Professional Placement is looking for its client, a multinational automotive company, for a Sales Representative, for the central- south area of the country.
SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Main purpouse of the job:
Support Sales Manager PLT, performing his sales task in the assigned teritory and/or activity area, targetting the planned and settled goals , in terms of sales volumes, profitability results, level of colaboration with the customers, etc.
Home office - Bucharest or in the proximity (Pitesti, Ploiesti, Buzau, ...)
Job Profile
Responsible for developing the sales to tire distributors, car dealers, fleets, and other key accounts on the designated territory and systematic improvement of the customers portfolio;
Implementing the sales strategy on his designated territory;
Prepare proposals of contract arrangements with particular customers according to the Company standard;
Prepare plans and realize actions to support sales in closed co-operation with Head Office and other support departments of the company (COD, Marketing&Pricing, etc);
Integral part of the job are sales forecasts, price analyses and credit conditions proposals;
Will be in constant contact with the customers, organizing for them marketing and special training;
Will be creating longterm relationships with customers;
Reporting to the Head Office all the information collected from the market
Will follow in all his work activities legal norms valid in the country and internal regulations of CAG;
Develop operative measures for the realization of sales strategies;
Sustaining the Sales Manager for achieving the sales objective;
Collect and prepare market reports (customers - existing and potential new ones, sellout, competition survey - reporting to the Head Office on regular basis);
Cooperation with COD and Marketing departments - support of COD for the daily operational issues related to the assigned customers.
Min 3 years experience in sales on the field of automotive parts (automotive, tires represents an advantage for the candidate);
Experience in multinational companies or international colaborations reprezents an advantage for the candidate;
University degree (economics, engineering, etc);
English - advanced;
PC skills;
Technical knowledge about the sold products;
Knowledge about the Tyres market in his area;
Communication skills;
Customer focus.
