RESPONSABILITATI

 Develop decision maker leads from a wide range of sources;
 Ability to cold-call into a company or organisation and identify key decision makers;
 Assist in developing and utilising networks, including their own, on behalf of the company in order to promote GSI Translations services;
 Must be self-motivated and goals-orientated;
 Able to plan, organise, and follow job activities in accordance with their importance and respond flexibly and effectively to changes or interruptions;
 Assist in developing and implementing GSI Translations marketing plans and strategies;
 Assist in identifying marketing opportunities to develop the client base;
 Must be a skilled communicator with a dynamic and engaging phone presence who excels in questioning, and listening, to determine the clients’ needs;
 Liaise and co-ordinate with other GSI Translation team members;
 Meet with clients in a professional and timely manner;
 Meet monthly with Country Manager;
 Attend weekly team meeting and actively contribute;
 Produce a month-end report for the Country Manager, detailing progress and target achievements;
 Attend appropriate Conferences/Workshops/Networking opportunities;
 Act in a professional and ethical manner commensurate with the importance of the position.


CERINTE

The ideal candidate will have had a minimum of three years’ experience working in a translation sales and marketing environment or a minimum of five years’ experience working in general sales and marketing. Preference will be given to those experienced in translation sales. Also, he / she must be able to communicate well in English
